Collects Wi-Fi BSSID and country code information to determine device location without GPS. Accesses location data as a system bundle without user prompts and observes location updates passively. Communicates with paired Apple devices and the window server, likely to report location-derived intelligence or update system state. Sends telemetry and location data to Apple endpoints.
